Table is a vibrant community in Manchester made up of 18-30s who typically do not have a Christian faith, led by a small team of enthusiastic Christians.
Inspired by Jesus' life and his engagement with those outside the religious system, Table focuses on simple, generous hospitality. It’s about Christians building community among those who don’t attend church services.
Table is sustained through various gatherings, events, and meetups hosted by a team in diverse settings like homes, restaurants, nature walks, and third spaces. These are simple expressions of hospitality that most Christians can curate.
We connect with this generation through online platforms, therefore reaching beyond our immediate relational networks.
At each gathering, we share the vision of the table God invites us to—a table of love, grace, and forgiveness. Our hospitality is marked by faith-filled expectancy, trusting that God is already at work in our guests’ lives.
The community has ongoing opportunities to explore scripture and faith in a safe and welcoming environment called Journey Groups.
The ethos of the Journey Groups is to foster conversation and invite people to follow Christ in a simple, relational, and hospitable way.
